Properties
Our properties are long term rentals with the majority of tenants staying for more than one fixed term - some tenants have been with us for over 5 years!
While we have several one- and two-bedroom flats, we have a number of properties which are centrally located for larger groups of young renters (eg. 4+ bedrooms). It is common for these flats to be passed from one tenant group to another through word of mouth — a testament to our personal approach.
