We have learnt that in these demographic applicants, those who have a clean/positive credit rating are over 99.9% likely to consistently pay their rent. In this demographic everyone understands that not paying rent will result in them losing their positive credit rating, and the implications of losing a clean/positive credit rating are to be avoided at all costs.
