At times something might stop working and here at Housingplus we have developed a fool proof system for our tenants to use to notify us as soon as any problems at the property occur. We have a selection of handpicked, trusted tradespeople we work alongside to resolve the maintenance issue at hand. If the invoice is within your pre-approved amount, we just deduct the amount from the rental income. If the cost exceeds this amount, we will contact you before we proceed. Have your own preferred trades people? We would be happy to use them too!

Unlike some other property management companies out there, we won’t charge you an additional maintenance fee per invoice received. We have built this into our management fee so there is no unexpected surprises on your statement every month!
